Cancellation Policy:

 

Cancelling or attempting to reschedule your appointment less than 48hrs in advance will result in the loss of your deposit. An additional deposit will be required to make a new appointment reservation.

If you are issued an invoice for your appointment, you must pay the invoice at least 48hrs in advance of your appointment, or your appointment will be cancelled. 

If you don't show up for your appointment, or arrive more than 15 minutes late, it will result in the loss of your deposit. 

Your deposit will be deducted from the total price of the service during check-out. 

All deposits are non-refundable with no exceptions. 

Rescheduling/Late Policy:


To avoid unfair delays to clients, if you are more than 15 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit will be withheld. 
 

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that could force you to postpone/reschedule your procedure. Please understand that such changes affect not only your technician, but other clients as well. If you choose to reschedule your appointment, a minimum 48hrs advance notice is required.


If you DO NOT reschedule and fail to attend your appointment, you will lose your deposit and any other future appointments will require another $100 deposit.

Your deposit may be transferred to another appointment reservation, so long as you communicate your desire to reschedule more than 48hrs before the time of your initial appointment. All deposits are non-refundable.

Due to the nature of some artist's work, appointments are always subject to change. When and if your appointment falls under a time-frame in which we may have to reschedule on our end, we will notify you in a timely manner so we can ensure you’re rescheduled promptly.

It is required to have your Perfecting Session appointment within 4-12 weeks after your original procedure. If you fail to come in to your Perfecting Session within that time-frame, you will have to book a Touch-Up, as it will have been too long for us to consider your appointment a follow-up of your initial visit. 

If you are pregnant while waiting for your upcoming appointment, please notify us, we can reschedule or keep your deposit on hold for future appointments (the deposit in this instance is non-refundable, non-transferable).
 
No Show Policy:

Any client that does not show up to their appointment or arrives more than 15 minutes late will forfeit their deposit. They will be required to pay another $100 deposit in order to reserve another appointment. 

Guest Policy:

Only the artist and the client getting the procedure done are allowed in the studio. We do not allow guest or children under 18 in the studio. If you bring a guest or child we will need to reschedule your appointment & you will be require to pay a new deposit.

Payment:

If you are issued an invoice for your appointment, you must pay the invoice at least 48hrs in advance of your appointment, or your appointment will be cancelled. 

If you paid a deposit online, your remaining balance is due at your appointment.

A 3% fee will apply if paid with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. To avoid the fee, the remaining balance can be paid in CASH, or by Zelle direct transfer. Check is not accepted.

Once your service has been completed you will not be eligible for a refund.

Other:

If you have a cough/cold, flu or have any of the conditions on the DISQUALIFICATION LIST below, PLEASE DO NOT come to your appointment. We will decline service, and you will lose your deposit.

We have the right to refuse service to anyone, under any circumstance.

If you schedule your appointment and have one of the conditions listed, we will not be performing any procedure and your deposit will be forfeited.

 

DISQUALIFICATION LIST:


• Sick (cold, flu, etc.)
• Under 18 years of age
• Pregnant or nursing
• Diabetics (require doctor’s clearance)
• Anyone who is allergic to pigmentation and make up.
• Anyone with glaucoma and/or taking blood thinning medicines.
• Anyone with eczema, or psoriasis.
• Undergoing Chemotherapy (consult your doctor)
• Viral infections and/or diseases.
• Major heart problems:
• Skin irritations near the treated area (rashes, sunburn, acne, etc.)
• Had Botox or fillers in the past 3 weeks
• Used Accutane in the past year.

Pricing:


Our prices are subject to change anytime without notice. Anytime we have a price increase, the increase will apply to all appointments booked after the price increase date; original price will be honored for all appointments scheduled before price increase.
